फैमिली आईडी - एक परिवार एक पहचान

   उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार राज्य में सभी परिवारों को नौकरी के अवसर प्रदान करने के लक्ष्य को सक्षम करने के लिए परिवार आईडी योजना लागू कर रही है। फैमिली आईडी के तहत, सरकार राज्य में प्रत्येक परिवार को एक विशिष्ट पहचान जारी करेगी, राज्य की परिवार इकाइयों का एक लाइव व्यापक डेटाबेस स्थापित करेगी जिसका उपयोग राज्य में प्रत्येक पात्र घर को लाभ के सक्रिय वितरण को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए किया जा सकता है।

   वर्तमान में, राज्य में लगभग 3.6 करोड़ परिवार और 15 करोड़ आधार प्रमाणित राशन कार्ड धारक उपलब्ध हैं। उनका राशन कार्ड नंबर उनका परिवार आईडी होगा और वे पंजीकरण पोर्टल का उपयोग करके इसकी जांच कर सकते हैं। यह पोर्टल उन परिवारों को 12 अंकों की विशिष्ट परिवार आईडी प्रदान करने के लिए विकसित किया गया है जो राशन कार्ड धारक नहीं हैं, यहां वे स्वयं को और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को पोर्टल पर जोड़कर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

   फैमिली आईडी सरकार से लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए एक बहुत शक्तिशाली निर्माण साबित हो सकता है, पर वर्तमान में, नामांकन स्वैच्छिक हैं। फैमिली आईडी लाभार्थी पहचान के माध्यम से योजनाओं और सेवाओं के सक्रिय वितरण को सक्षम करेगा और नागरिकों की सरकारी प्रणालियों तक पहुंच में सुधार करेगा। फैमिली आईडी योजना राज्य में सभी परिवारों की एक व्यापक दृश्यता प्रदान करेगी जो बदले में उन व्यक्तियों को योजनाएं/सेवाएं प्रदान करने में मदद करेगी जो पात्र हैं लेकिन लाभ से बाहर हैं। 

 

Instructions / निर्देश

  • परिवार रजिस्ट्रेशन हेतु परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का आधार कार्ड होना अनिवार्य है।
  • परिवार रजिस्‍ट्रेशन हेतु सभी सदस्‍यों का मोबाइल ओ0टी0पी0 के माध्‍यम से e-KYC किया जाना अनिवार्य है, जिसके लिये सभी सदस्‍यों का मोबाइल नंबर आधार कार्ड से लिंक होना चाहिये।
  • ऐसे परिवार जिनके पास राशन कार्ड उपलब्‍ध है, उनकी राशन कार्ड संख्‍या ही फैमिली आई0डी0 होगी तथा उनको फैमिली आई0डी0 बनवाने की आवश्‍यकता नहीं है। उनके द्वारा रजिस्ट्रेशन के उपरान्त आधार संख्या डालकर फैमिली आई0डी0 डाउनलोड/प्रिन्ट की जा सकती है।
  • ऐसे व्‍यक्ति जो पहले से ही किसी परिवार में जुड़े हुये हैं, उन्‍हें किसी अन्‍य परिवार में नहीं जोड़ा जा सकता है।
  • रजिस्‍ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया में समस्‍त आवश्‍यक जानकारी पूर्णत: सही भरें, जिससे कि सत्‍यापन आसानी से किया जा सके।
  • फैमिली आई0डी0 की अद्यतन स्थिति को 15 अंकों के एप्‍लीकेशन नंबर को Track Application Status में डालकर देखा जा सकता है।

                                                                      रत्यक्ष लाभ अंतरण

उत्तर प्रदेश  सरकार  ने  विभिन्न  पहल  की  हैं  जिसके तहत प्रत्यक्ष लाभ अंतरण (डीबीटी) का उपयोग 
करके सीधे  लाभार्थी  के  बैंक  खातों  में  धनराशि   स्थानांतरित  की गई  है।  वर्तमान में, उत्तर प्रदेश के 
नागरिकों के लिए 29 विभागोंकी 153 डीबीटी योजनाएं उपलब्ध हैं, जिनमें छात्रवृत्ति, पेंशन, श्रमिकों को 
लाभ, सम्मान निधि/किसानों को सब्सिडी, कन्या  सुमंगला  योजना, किसानों द्वारा  खाद्यान्न  की   खरीद,
कौशल  विकास, रोजगार संगम,  प्रेरणा शामिल हैं। बेसिक शिक्षा के छात्र) आदि।यूआईडीएआई, भारत
सरकार के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों ने आधार संख्या की सीडिंग 
शुरू कर दी है।  उनके  लाभार्थी डेटाबेस में। तकनीकी सुधार और आधार के उपयोग के कारण, फर्जी 
और  फर्जी  लाभार्थियों की पहचान की गई है और उन्हें सिस्टम से बाहर कर दिया गया है ताकि वे अपने
 लाभार्थियों को  धन  भेजते  समय  बड़ी बचत कर सकें।  डायरेक्ट  बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर (डीबीटी) प्रणाली 
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को दक्षता,  पारदर्शिता  और  अधिक  जवाबदेही  के  साथ  कम समय में वास्तव में 
लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों में धनराशि स्थानांतरित करने की अनुमति देती है।

Electrolysis Process
